What is the perception of a Pyramid? People at the top make all the money and the people down below do all the work. Isn’t that the perception of a Pyramid.
The Pyramid issue: It is not the geometric shape people have a problem with. This geometric shape is probably the shape of your family tree, the shape of the government. To the architect, it is the strongest structure known to man. Every organisational structure in the world is this shape. So the shape isn’t the problem, however there is a perception that the people at the top make all the money.

When would you like to retire? Lets talk about when would you like to retire. Imagine for a moment that you picked up a distributor, you drove him/her to the opportunity meeting and you get there 10 minutes early. You sit in the 3rd row and he/she is sitting next to you. A brand new distributor prospect here and he is staring straight ahead waiting for the meeting to start. For the next 10 minutes what is your prospect thinking?
“Why am I here”. “I bet they are going to ask me to sell something or buy something. They are going to ask me for money at the end. How did I get conned into coming to this opportunity meeting. Why didn’t I just turn out the lights, lay flat on the floor and they wouldn’t have seen me to pick me up. How do I get out, what sort of excuses can I use”.

Duplication, (have you heard in order to be successful you must duplicate) you must have a duplicable system.
Humans by their very nature always want to find the ultimate truth that always works 100% of the time, 100% of the cases, 100% of the circumstances and works for everybody and we want people to be exactly like us and that is how we think as humans, we want everyone to do the business exactly like we do and we don’t want people to take advantage of their natural talents or natural advantages or natural skills. We want them to follow a certain system.

Do you ever have one of those moments when you are just sitting watching Television and all of a sudden an idea or something you have been learning makes sense and strikes you like a bolt of lightning. Well I have.
I have been learning a lot recently about social media and affiliate marketing. I was watching television, and all of a sudden I said to myself “It now all makes sense”.

Have you ever thought about this statement? You don’t know what you don’t know!
I was asked once, what are my weakness in relation to applying for a job? Not sure what I should have answered, but I guess the words “You don’t know what you don’t know” came to mind. Together we are all learning from the recommendation age, applying the information we have learnt and sharing the information by teaching those around us.

I was sitting on the verandah with a good friend of mine talking about anything and everything in general. Enjoying a cup of tea, watching the sunset and thinking how blessed we were. At the end of the verandah his faithful old dog was resting with his head on his paws. Every so often he would open his eyes to see what was happening around him. Every so often he would start to whine.The dog would start whining then stop, then start whining again. After a while I asked my friend “what is wrong with that dog”. He replied “He is lying on a rusty nail and when it hurts enough he will move”.
Isn’t life like that. We sometimes whinge and complain about things that are happening in our life. We are sitting on the rusty nail and until it hurts enough we won’t take charge and put in place the steps to change the situation. We will remain sitting on the rusty nail. Once the pain becomes intolerable then we will make a decision to move.

Just a few key points
1. Get excited – Almost everyone can stay excited for 2 to 3 months.
2. Become a Dreamer – If you don’t have a dream you are dead. A few people can stay excited for 2 or 3 years, but a winner can stay excited for 30 years or however long it takes to win.
