The following video was sent to me by a good friend. It is fantastic and I have no doubt that the video will probably make you stop and look at your own life and to realise that we are all capable of doing so much more than we are currently doing. John Challis states on the video that Courage + Believe = Life.
I also believe that to achieve your Dreams and Goals you must have Courage and you must Believe.
