What is the perception of a Pyramid? People at the top make all the money and the people down below do all the work. Isn’t that the perception of a Pyramid.
The Pyramid issue: It is not the geometric shape people have a problem with. This geometric shape is probably the shape of your family tree, the shape of the government. To the architect, it is the strongest structure known to man. Every organisational structure in the world is this shape. So the shape isn’t the problem, however there is a perception that the people at the top make all the money.
Here is a typical corporate, at the top you have the CEO. Does the President earn more money than the CEO in the typical corporate, no, not normally.
This structure is called delegation, the reason the president makes more money than the vice-president, so the president can tell the vice-president what to do. Each level of the corporate structure earns less money, that’s called a chain of command. The corporate structure is this. The people at the top are making all the money and the people at the bottom do not.
The CEO of every corporation is leveraging off the productivity of all the employees that work for the corporation. The unfairness is the CEO is the only one with leverage, and the model we suggest is being more intelligent ” You” the individual is given the same opportunity to have leverage just as every CEO does.
The Structure we found that allows this is some times referred to as network marketing. Remember, to reach true leverage, everyone has to have the same amount to gain. Well that is what we have just described.

Great article Les, no matter where we look there is a pyramid, the only thing that varies is our own outlook and what we want to percieve.
Stephen Thank you for your comments,, Les
Hi Les
Great post and love your video. I so think that traditional business is so much more a pyramid than MLM. And I agree that MLM is a very fair system.

Hi Tracey, nice to hear from you. When people talk to me about MLM and they often reply “It is a Pyramid” I say “Pyramids, isn’t that where they bury dead Egyptians” they look at my very strange and then reply “you know, based on a pyramid” I then reply, “I thought pyramids were based on sand”. By this stage you realise that person doesn’t understand the MLM business. It is great to have people out there trying to counteract the miss perceptions. Great Article. Les
Felisha,
Thank you for including my blog site item on your web page. MLM Pyramid Scheme. I have been involved with network marketing for years and understand the system of distribution. MLM type distribution is a plus for both manufacturers and distributors as costs are reduced in the distribution of the products.
