6. Resetting your “Horse”

In Article 1, It was the sub-conscious mind or now known as your horse that tries to maintain your sanity.

In taking charge of your horse, you can change your future.

To break in your horse, or take control of your sub-conscious mind

In most cases people believe it is necessary to change “Actions and Habits” to create a new lifestyle.

How many of us have gone on a diet and after a few weeks , we fall back into our old ways.

The place where change is effected is at the sub-conscious level.

At the action and habits level, after a period of time your horse takes control and you fall back into your old lifestyle/habits. 

The place to change ideas, thoughts is at the sub-conscious level and this will ultimately change your horse. 

This can be done with education and knowledge.
